Don't worry Russ the resort isn't ageist and you would be made welcome. :smirk::tongueout:

In these enlightened PC days I'm surprised they still have Black Runs, it sounds like what probably occured at a KKK meeting. How long before they all become liberated Rainbow Runs? https://i.postimg.cc/BbPYL9G0/gayaway.gi...

Never been skiing in my life; no intention of starting at my tender age...

Went on a plastic slope once over forty years ago and nearly broke my ankle. That was enough for me. Have a good time KK.

Proper leisure activities I.E. biking has buggered my knees so it's a no from me.

Brother No.3 has a flat in Chamonix and goes every year with his ankle biters but I just sit and watch the whole tribe slide by and salute them with a nice hot Gluwein.

Do you mean like speed cameras? Not in Europe, although they do in some places in the states, I'm told.

There's a slalom run in Schladming, Austria which has a start and end gate timers, and you can go down it and it will tell you your time and speed at the end.

Kaunteral in Austria looked very nice and Livignio I am sure would be a hoot but they are better in the summer when you can ride your bike around the mountains.

IMHO like!.

You can take a treader round the ski runs in the summer in Vallee Blanche.
The red runs are quite challenging but I'm not mad enough to try the black runs..
