As per the title, I have been speaking to Martin at Max Torque Cans ( https://www.maxtorquecans.com/ )who has agreed to copy a T595/955i high level link pipe should I be able to source one to copy. He reckons Motad used to make them for Triumph but they are now sadly defunct hence the reason they no longer list them.

So, back to my question, does anyone have a HL link pipe (off their bike) I could borrow and send to Martin to replicate.

I will make sure that postage is tracked and insured.

Think I've found one, £35 plus post from Der Fazzerland.

Looks right anyway and it's listed for a T595/955i

https://ssli.ebayimg.com/00/s/MTA2N1gxNj...

Definitely a more curvy pipe than the mid pipe I have here. I'll take a chance.

Got my pioe this morning and it's not a high high level one. Got Darren on the case making me a redesigned hanger so I won't have to use the footrest mount so I'll wait till that's done before I decide if I'm gonna get a run of pipes done.

If it works out I'll do a job lot of link pipe and bracket for around £90 or the pipe on its own for £60 on here. eBay prices will be higher to account for fees. This used pipe has cost me £50 so I think the price is fair and I would have paid it myself.

The bracket will be 40mm lower to account for the difference.

Just been looking at a few pics of T5's HERE and it seems that my new link pipe actually looks like it IS the one I needed, it's just that the T595 genuine carbon can has it's inlet at the bottom of the can not the centre hence my 40mm height difference.33

It certainly does look correct. I thought you were using it to fit a Triumph TOR.

Nah, I don't have a TOR, only a scorpion stubby but I do have a Remus on it's way which may fit.

Here'a a better pic.
