I need to get hold of an outfit for a day to take my daughter to her prom in June.

Any ideas? Sensible ones will be allocated a higher priority to those I envisage from Narna and Sir TT:smile:

I only sidecar I have seen on the road for ages is the ones they use at funerals, doubt if your daughter would like that idea. Perhaps someone on here will help you out there must be one in a barn somewhere.:grin:

Yeah, bit of a rare beast these days aren't they. Can't remember the last time I saw one.

Watsonian Squire still make them. You see them every year at the NEC, but I never see them on the road. Heaven knows who is buying them.

I know someone with a Rocket 3 outfit who is probably not too far from you. I'll see if he is interested.

I was thinking John Young too.... if he’s taken it to Norway, Derbyshire would be nothing

My mate Phil Downing, has a Goldwing with a Steib on the side, and a BMW R60 with a Steib.... he did have a Vmax with a Charnwood Meteor but he had to let it go because..... he couldn’t get the Royce in the garage

I took my daughter in the old Landy..... topless! (Landy not daughter!)

Last couple of times I've seen them at shows I've asked who offers training for new sidecar drivers, they seem to have no idea.
Not that I have any ambitions to drive an outfit, it's just a wind-up, but you would think they would be armed with the information to help people become potential customers.
