Thousands of students do it. Once at halls, and the second at mummy's house. Been happening for years.

At least they put some effort into it. Most people blindly vote for who their parents or neighbors do. Or think they are a certain class and vote how they have been told to. Good on them for caring enough to do something different.

Thick as fook. Perhaps someone that stupid shouldn't be allowed to vote.

Possible I suppose if many more people want 'to do something different' like the bellend in the Independent piece.
Imagine what fun it would be to have a load of (not all, admittedly) economically illiterate, Britain hating, police and military loathing, terrorist loving, anti-semitic, student union Leninist c!$%s in charge. Fook, I might even have to vote next time. 30

The name says it all.

Electoral fraud has been going on, on an industrial scale, in an organised manner for years in certain constituencies.

The Irish always had a very family sort of attitude to politics.
Just because your great grandfather had been dead for 40 years it shouldn't mean he has to be taken of the electoral register.

"Vote early, vote late, vote often" used to be the slogan.
My mother came from Donegal and that's what her side of the family used to tell me any way.
