series involving Ross Noble and off-road riding .
Not a big fan of his humour but the fact he's decided to do the Scottish six day trial is hilarious . Watched the first episode last week and talk about jumping in at the deep end :speechless:
Will be interesting how the second day goes
Might be interesting for anyone interested in off-road/trials

Saw him near Croydon a few years back, he'd pulled up in a petrol station on a BMW GS. I'm not a fan of his comedy either (although he raises a smile from me occasionally on QI) & as I'd recognised him I tried to instigate a conversation about the bike but he wasn't exactly forthcoming & looked a bit worried if I'm honest so I left him to it

That's a fair point . Afaik he's no mug on a bike , off road and on .
I've only done a small amount of trials and it's hard work , the more novice you are the more energy you consume making mistakes , that's why Ross is puffing out his arse compared to his mate .
As far as the SSDT goes I know my mate has done trials since school (30ys+) and he wouldn't entertain entering it , it really is that tough
