for this years not the Christmas curry we are looking at Feb 18th at the Anaz in Darwen. There are a few places to stay nearby & Custard can advise on which is the closest.
We need a roll call to establish how many places we need to book for the meal but you will have to book your own hotel room.
Please copy & paste your name if you intend going.

OK folks - just about to book the table, and thought I'd just ask...

As most people seem to have booked into the Fernhurst, and getting to the Anaz Indian restaurant is quite a schlep, prossibly a taxi ride, what do people think about booking a table at the Fernhurst (a Hungry Horse pub) instead?

If anyone is dead set on a curry, we'll make it the Anaz as originally planned.

Can you let me know by Monday night?

Ta.

Right - I've booked a table at the Fernhurst, but, as we're a large group, it's going to be at 20:45.

Looks like we'll have to have a few drinks beforehand then!

Crack house for crack

Opium den for opiates

Pub for beer

Curry house for a ruby ....

Rules that have been set in stone for many a year .. good men have died defending these values !

Usually on a Sat'dy neet in Oswaldtwistle ....

:tongueout:

It's pie'n'peas in pubs ..... or maybe a cheese sarnie

What time are the travelling contingent arriving today?

If anyone fancies a brew on the way in, and hasn't been here before, PM me, and I'll send you our address.

2 minutes drive from the Fernhurst, just off M65 J4
