Hi Guys,

Got the fork off and stripped this morning. I found some foreign matter under the seal and a ding in the fork. That was after going at it with wet and dry. It was looking like I was going to be able to sort it with wet and dry. P1200 is reeealy fine - more like a polish. I found to get the scratches out I had to really go at it with P280, but I was pleased with the results.

I was really surprised at the colour of the oil - the bike has hardly been ridden since I changed the oil.

Anyway, because of the ding, I've ordered one from Wemoto. They don't have one listed for the Daytona, but it's the same Triumph part number as the 98 - 04 Speed Tripple, so I ordered on for that.
