Nice one!

My first thought was to check relevant electrical connections etc and then swap things about to see if the problem moved with each move. But you beat me to it!

For reliability I would be inclined to buy new coils, or perhaps just one, although the Yorkshireman in me would probably disagree.

http://www.squaredeals-ltd.co.uk or http://www.triumphparts.gbr.cc will most likely be cheaper than genuine Triumph.
