Try setting the CO down to 2.5. Only other option is to get it on a dyno if you have done everything suggested. The standard tunes are a bit crap on the transition between idle and just off idle at the best of times.

I have in the past reset the long term fuel trims but I can't recommend it as Triumph say you should not do it....except for a new ECU (which is odd since a new ECU shouldn't have any long term trims in it really.....)
