have you set the fan operating temp in tune ecu? , I think dropping it down a few degrees assists the t595 , I did this with mine (a few yrs ago) as the ebgine was boiling my legs when in traffic


a quick search throws this up "The owner's manuals for my '98 and '04 both specify semi or fully synthetic 10W40. "
