I measured a 1050 liner at work this evening.

The bottom of the liner that sits free in the crankcase is 84.5mm diameter.

The upper section of the liner that sits in the water jacket is 88mm diameter but has a couple of flats to allow them to sit next to each other.

Where the upper and lower sections of the liner meet there is a small undercut to allow the liner to sit flush on the bottom of the water jacket and allow for sealent to stop leaks, this undercut is 84mm diameter.

The undercut brings the effective wall thickness of the liner to 2.5mm
