For a road bike (that isn't a trailie) rear static sag should be in the region of 10-15mm, front around 25-30mm. Dynamic sag should use 1/3 of your available travel (which is 120mm front and 140mm rear on a 955 Daytona). If dynamic sag isn't right when static sag is correct, then you need new springs.
