I had mine done by Mototweeks in Chelmsford for an under seat exhaust, it made a good bit of difference I can tell you. He's not a massive fan of TuneEcu as it's not real time like the Power Commander and although it costs nothing for the software and there is no hardware the process is longer as a result.

Basically the process is spin it up to say 5% throttle, 7%, 10% etc. note fuel air values vs target. Then off, adjust approx and then spin up and check. I gather you can just adjust the whole fuel map to 13 AF ratio but have no idea how and why you might do that.
