There is definitely a slight hp increase and it is noticeable. The only way of forcing air and this would have to be at considerable speed would be some kind of pipework from the front to the inlet. One thing is for sure the air getting in is colder.

Obviously maintenance is easier but not sure if the stepper would work as it should without the airbox seal. Then again I can't see why not. I made a bracket for the sensor toward the front of the lump and it will run lumpy until the ECU resets itself
