Red monkey is spot on..my new Kawa w800..(better looking than a bonnie don't you know?? ) Went for first service. It came back with lots of pretty coloured paint dabs which were just that..the bolts etc were untouched.my torque wrench confirmed it.

The oil level was also too high.

We're Kawasaki interested? Nope..wanted to know which dealer so they could advise for next time!!

My response was that they can keep their warranty. I will service it myself.

What a shame the Eu directive on servicing only applies to cars and not bikes otherwise ai would go to a local Ducati specialist.

In fairness I have been riding 42 yrs and never found a dealer I could really trust. If this had not been new I would not have taken it back. It is the. First time dime 1973 I used a dealer for servicing so I ought to know better.
