In fairness they've never been my favorite dealer in the world.

I don't like overhearing a sales meeting (I was on the other side of the partition looking at jackets) on how to "milk 'em (i.e the customer) dry when they want a part exchange"

Yes, I know it goes on, but I'd rather not actually hear about it. That's what you'd expect from a car dealership not a bike shop - oh, hold on a minute ...... :tongueout:
