Quick question worthwhile asking too. Does anybody on here soak their complete bike in acid for 10 minutes and then jetwash it off, and then dry it? I did have to laugh when people told me they would never touch their bike with a jetwash, and then bring it in for a service. Maybe Triumph Wolverhampton are responsible for all the warranty claims of water ingress :tongueout:

Have you written that f!$%ing letter yet? http://www.palyne.com/talk/Smileys/palyn...

Nice one AM !! :thumbup::thumbup:

I was advised by somebody to message the customers individually and tell them what hasnt been done on their bike and I shouldnt get any reprocussions.

So If anybody who has had a service on their explorer or trophy that requires final drive unit oil changing (500 mile I think), I suggest you get on the phone to Stratstone and get them to replace it
