As some of you may or may not know, I no longer work at Triumph Wolverhampton.

I would like to publish a detailed essay on the practices of the dealership that would cripple it overnight and lead to many customers contacting trading standards, this is backed by solid evidence which members on here can check for themselves on their own bike. I.e 24k service, charging for spark plugs etc and the tech deciding he only has time to do an oil change.

I would like to know from a legal point of view where I stand with this as everybody needs to know and claim back money what is owed.

Please, anybody who knows the law, tell me if I can or cannot do this.

Regards,

Alex
