Not a bike place as such, I was there for an mot and tyres, while they were changing the tyres my front brake pads fell out.
The brake pad material had come away.
The guy showed me and then spent the next 30 minutes ringing round local stores trying to find a set for me. As they couldn't get hold of any he was extremely apologetic, although it wasn't his fault he was still very sorry for the trouble he felt he had caused.
He then gave me a lift home (only about 3miles) and told me he would ring me when he had the bike sorted.
As I am working away from home it means my bike will be with them for the week and he was happy to keep the bike there and would wait for me to pick it up.

I just wanted to give them a shout out for their customer service.

I will update this when I pick my bike up and also give a review of the Michelin pilot road 4's they have out on for me.
