'sfunny, I was thinking about getting the both of mine redone, as I've lost a stone in weight. Back off all of the damping adjustment, and it's pin point accurate. (Knackered if I loose more weight though, it'll need a revalve)
You could shop about and get both ends done for about £700 to £800. May seem a lot of dosh but it transforms the bike completely.
Not sure how much MH charge to fit everthing but I done my own. Simple job really just need to take you time and have the right tools to hand. An ABBA stand is invaluble for this job.
Give Mark Hammond (MH Racing), a ring he will give you a good quote. You may be able to get the suspension sorted a bit cheaper but Marks experience and advice is second to none.
While I was doing the re-fit I noticed the rear suspension linkage bearings were knackered to I fitted new, likewise the headset bearing were replaced, (the hardest job of the lot). But if you are going to have a go let me know and I'll give you some advice, been there and got the T Shirt so to speak.
