Rob suggested I ask you about handling a court summons from a Gatso. I claimed PACE etc but they said it was irrelevant to Section 172 and now I have a court date. Dunno why he referred to you - you must have previous?

Most of my info is off peppipoo and a a bit I've learned from being involved with a crown court case (as we speak). I have put some stuff in other threads.

If you need to know anymore please ask I'll try my best. If the bastards ever get me I'll fight every inch of the way.

We got my missus off on the PACE letter after they threatened us with a court appaearance. We ignored them and they went away. May still happen even if you have a date, some on pepipoo have had multiple dates and still got away with oit in the end. They will have to argue law, go abck to pepipoo and have a really good look round and if your really bothered ge a membership for some really good info.
