In order to eliminate their chronic slide guide, needle jet and jet needle wear problems, the Mikuni BS36 carbs were replaced with later model Thunderbird Keihin CVK36s. We also fixed the leaky rear air chambers.

sweet site and shop.. youre in red city? my 595 needs help... the tune just refuses to stay correct. id love to get it on a dyno and have somebody set it up right.

Jim,

You mean you get the thing to run right and then it just doesn't stay that way? If so, it seems there must be somethig other than tuning the matter. How long does it take to go bad?
