I phoned Abba up yesterday about the dark haired bird but she was taken so I asked about a stand for an Adventurer. You have to tell them which swinging arm pivot you've got. There is a cover with three allen screws holding it on. Underneath you have either a bolt head (hex) or an allen key head. Mines '96 which is the change over year so could have either (its a bolt).

a bolt with a hole in it?

it seems that the adventurer/legend stamd is different because its wider to clear the footrests "superbikes" don,t have footrests like old roadbikes , I am having some longer adaptors made up at the moment by an engineering firm

I bought one last year for my TBS, works a treat, yes just remove the swing arm bolt covers with the three allen cap screws and the adaptors just slip over the hex head bolts :thumb up: Once you have the stand, you can buy the adaptors for any bike.
