I got divorced over my Jota! 1979 series2 180, in orange, silver frame. God I wish I still had it. Handled like a raped ape and would spin the back tyre all the way to fifth (about 110mph). A truly evil, beautiful, uncompromising bike, oh yes very loud too. The bike in the ad is a last model RGA Jota, nice but soft and civilised:thumbup:

I had one of those but the 600 version. one of the worst handling bikes ive ever owned. Absolutely did not want to go round corners and the clutch needed 2 hands when it got hot. On the plus side it had a 2 into 1 straight through pipe which made a great noise. Sold it and bought a brand new GSXR750L

Saw a shed load of Laverda's of different ages out on a run a few weeks back, turns out it was an International Laverda Owners Club Event, and they were all out for a bimble around the Highlands.

Nice bikes, and nice to see them being actually ridden.
