It's there in front of you, your mid ride sarnie, the huge bread cake, fresh from the bakers an hour ago, bacon hanging out the sides 'cos there's no more room inside, cooked to perfection.

So, is it tea or coffee to go with it ???

I would think, I would love to eat that but I bet it will play merry havoc with my guts at some point. Just can't win

Just been to the docs to get a mebeverine repeat prescription, currently the worse for wear

I'm actually finding that not eating anything is currently working out best...thanks now you have me salivating over a ficticious bacon sandwich

Know where you're coming from on that. Avoiding wheat products is working for me. It's a brilliant way to lose weight but I've now got problems in other areas as a result.
Every now I then I succumb and rely on imodium to get through the "fallout".
