Ah yes, but the do was in London, which is north of the south & therefore not properly south.

Irv, I'm thinking back to the good ol' days. There seemed to be a lot more around from the south back then.

indeed to goodness; frolics at the Devil's Dyke, leering at Arundel ..... bracing conversation near Chilbolton, wheelies @ Petersfield, frightening the Greensman @ Alresford ....

Not many left, although the 657 crew seem to be multiplying.

I met Clogger at the first meet he turned up to. I think I was the first TT'er that he spoke to. Speaks volumes for the bloke that he turned up to many more :lol:

It was indeed, you bunch of perves!

Good days indeed.

I was gutted to hear about Clogger. He used to turn up at just about every southern meet, and was a lovely bloke. My earliest memories are from the Flower Pot back in 2005, when under the noble leadership of the Jazzmeister we were scouting out suitable venues for the first Southern Scropfest:

(Seem to remember ST was having a bit of trouble with a wasp in this one)

And this, I believe, was the first ever appearance of Fret's gay jumpsuit...

Media File
Looks like the wasp has turned its attentions to ST's ear...
