I'm thinking of having non black kit for the first time (Apart from my red waterproof jacket). For me, a lot depends on what is available in mahoosive size.

Or whatever colour is cheapest at the time, such as a blue jacket and pink helmet.

No matter how cheap it was, there was no excuse for that helmet!

I want the new Nolan X-Lite X-551. It has EVERYTHING I need from a lid.

Inner visor.
Peak:thumbup:
MX Style:thumbup:
White
Price seems OK as well.

£270, seems OK. Don't know much about Nolan lids TBH.
Those sisters have done well to branch out into an alternative industry, fair play to them

They have

I have always preferred MX lids and after wearing a lid with an internal visor it's hard not to choose another. My HJC one has a dark visor, but it's a pain to change it.

I'm undecided about them TBH. I like the style but they look bloody noisy.

Not really. No noisier with earplugs TBH. But yes, they can be noisier.

Both my HJC lids are about the same though.

My X Spirit has been retired.
I'd like a Schuberth flip front but they're out of my league financially at the moment

Hmmm. Missus has to work as well and the cattery lady won't be around until Saturday either.

And I have a special gig the friday night as it's our drummer's 60th Birthday. That money will pay for the first Day's fuel as well

Couple of hundred for immediate use.
Use the card over there as you get a better rate and the rate on the day too.
Get out cash if required.

An update for you boys and girls. I was in Colditz today (passing through on the way to take my mises back to Leipzig Airport). They have dug up the road near the car park and for bikes it will be a little tricky.
