I rode mine all the way down to Romsey from Oxford, taking the A338 and A3057, stopping for food at "The Mayfly".
I had to be on my best behaviour and not exceed 5,000 rpm, but even so it was a great ride! On my way back stopped at the H café for a cup of hot tea.

Reconnected the battery (dropped a screw between the relays & coolant expansion tank, had to strip rear bodywork to get flamin' thing, put it all back together before heading out for a spin).

Went for a spin down the A82, had a brew & some cake at Nevisport cafe in Fort William, headed home via the A86 & A9. Nice run.:thumbup:

Well, I saw her Aprilia but didn't know what she looked like, so can't really say I saw her.
Now that I know what she looks like I will say hi next time I see her

Today I went shopaholic!

I rode me bike to the nearest LIDL and bought:

2 pairs of thermal base layer (socks)
2 pairs of thermal base layer (top)
2 pairs of thermal base layer (trousers)
1 waterproof suit
4 chocolate brs
1 pack of biscuits

All for as little as £ 69!

And I can confirm the new headlights work formidably well in the dark!:star:

Rode it to work.
Actually I think that there is something wrong with my Triumph, as everything works, nothing ever falls off, and it always starts, so I just keep riding it...

saying the above, its booked in for the MOT tomorrow, so I'll find I'm riding a deathtrap..
