Load hex file to the ecu and then do a tps reset (30 second job on yours). Always do a tps after a tune upload.
Thanks for the info X-man, very much appreciated. Hopefully my last silly question.... I did the TPS reset, then out of curiosity went onto the diagnostics page. If I twist the throttle to the stop, the 'dashboard' is only showing 70%. I've just done a TB clean and am sure it was opening fully. Should the dashboard actually be showing 100% at WOT?
I rode the bike with the OE low level can map and it was much better than before, very acceptable actually but nowhere near as much grunt as my '99 Speed Triple. I'll try a couple of custom tunes.
