Didnt seem to need freezing, they went in relatively easily but I previously worked as a bike machanic so took it in my stride I think.

I also removed the screen (not sure what it's from, nt stock) so I have the full speed Triple look for the first time and what with the new bearings plus checking tyre pressures, she's quite a different beast!! In a good way though.

I'd become so used to the straight ahead notch in the old bearings!!
