Go for it - less focussed that some track bikes I have had (Ex MRO GSXR100 being thre "most focussed) but a giggle despite its apparent lack of track ability - its a great bike - mine is actually an 06 140+bhp 955 Daytona engine. The front suspension was the limiting factor whilst chasing a track bike in the fast group - when I should have just backed off a bit and chilled out. sometime you just never lose that racer mentality lol but good news was - it crashes well - dont let that put you off - go for it !
