I didn't like the fact the arm wasn't quite central so I took a 5mm sliver off the other side to allow the arm to move over enough to get it in the middle and hacked a bigger lump of alloy out of the shock pocket which is gonna be plated anyway.

ZX9 spindle before.

After. Now no longer a spindle but two spacers.

Fitted with the geep spacers inside the cut down 9R ones.

I have now managed to get some dimensions to allow me to bin the temp spacers and get some top hats made up to lock the arm in the centre.
