Premier Member Terms and Conditions

• Quoted prices are correct at time of last site update and supersede all previous prices.
• Premier membership is non-refundable and non-transferable.
• We reserve the right to vary the price of the Premier Membership or its functionality at any time. Any price change will come into effect at renewal.
• We only accept account upgrades via the web, with payments processed by PayPal.
• We do not automatically renew subscriptions, you will be invited to renew near your expiry date.
• Account upgrades will usually occur instantaneously. If this doesn't happen, please let us know.
• Premier Account subscriptions does not transfer ownership of any part of Triumph Torque to the subscriber.
• We do not guarantee the availability of Triumph Torque.
• We accept no liability for advice contained within Triumph Torque and/or the usage of its services.
• We reserve the right to reject or cancel any subscription, refunding outstanding full month subscriptions on a pro-rated basis. i.e. 2 full months remaining of annual subscription equals 2/12 of annual fee.
• Nothing in these conditions affects your statutory rights.
